Pete's Log: Why is Mamie Still Here?

Today was a day spent mostly relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. Mamie seems to be happy to have escaped the snow.
JB is enjoying having her aunt here. They spent some quality time playing with the sandbox.
For dinner we grilled. We had potatoes, mushrooms, corn on the cob, mystery brats that Mamie picked out at Trader Joe’s and Sauerkraut. The Sauerkraut was Jamie’s genius idea and it really pulled the meal together.
I’m sure more shenanigans await tomorrow.
